Why Soy
Kaviar?
Soy Kaviar was invented by a group of
research against cancer, aware of soy benefits. Doctors wanted to
create a new food that could be similar for aspect, consistency and
taste to the traditional caviar but that could be different for its
nutritional facts.
Soy Kaviar is made by using highly
technological machineries that allow you to obtain the final product
using simple elements like soy proteins, soy oil, water, sea salt
and pectin. The ingredients, stirred opportunely and introduced into
a micro pierced machinery, assume the typical granular aspect.
Once obtained grains they are washed and dipped into a salt solution
made up of natural teas and colored in order to obtain the correct
coloration. The grains are dyed by immersion in an extract from the
rind of green walnuts and seaweeds, often used in the organic
recipes to prepare nice and tasty food. According to the type of
seaweed employed, the product assumes “the marine” typical taste.
Certifications obtained by the new methodology of production confer
value to Soy Kaviar.
Soy Kaviar has won in 2001 the
first prize of NEW FOODS INDUSTRIEBERATUNG UND VERLAG in
Germany.
